Lands End to John O Groats

On August 4th we’re planning a sponsored bike ride from Lands End to John O Groats, with no more than a pair of underpants and a toothbrush. We will be cycling to help raise money for Cancer Research and The Multiple Sclerosis Society. So please open your hearts and your wallets, sell your Grandmother on Ebay, but please help by making a donation. This can be done through the following web sites For Cancer research: www.justgiving.com/gbendtoend07 For MS Society: www.justgiving.com/gbend2end07

Another day another bit of cycling. This time it took Alan (note there is just one left, but not to worry, Rick wasn't attacked by a haggis, he just gave up) along the famous Shap Pass (again his words, not entirely sure where he gets his definition of famous from), in the rain, (note also that now he is over the boarder it is raining).
